Microsoft Secure Future Initiative Progress Report Released

Microsoft’s most recent Secure Future Initiative (SFI) Progress Report has just come out, and this report details the steps the company has taken toward improving the security posture of Microsoft, their customers, and the industry at large.

As part of their security-first mindset for employees, Every Microsoft employee has a Security Core Priority tied directly to performance reviews. This is the new norm that i'm discussing with C-suite, directors and boards quite often, and an area all organisations should consider implementing in their existing performance management programs for staff.
